Refund policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery. To begin a return, email infobuddyfeeder@gmail.com or call +1 (346) 625-1404 with your order number and the name used at checkout. Please wait for return instructions before sending an item back.

Return eligibility

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all parts and original packaging.
• Used, incomplete, damaged-after-delivery, or non-resellable items may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping and fees

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless an item arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the issue was our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide next steps.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
